HOW TO DROP & REQUEST A REFUND
If you need to drop from a trip use the form below to request in writing.
Please follow up any verbal request in writing (use form below).
Always follow up your written request and talk to Coach Gunn.
He will do what he can to work with you.
Your $100 Trip Deposit is kept as your training fee.
Only exception is if you attended no hikes this year.
After trip details are published you have two weeks to drop for full refund.
All payments are refunded 100% within this 2 week period.
After this there is a sliding scale.

Use the form below to request a refund of an overpayment
or to request it be applied to another tour which you are registered.
Your $100 trip deposit becomes your Training Partner fee when you drop from a trip.
Several months prior to departure Coach Gunn will be making payments to secure ground and air transportation and lodging.
